DOVE INSPIRATION: The Catskill Brewery Dove was inspired by the beauty of the building and their commitment to green energy. It is important to Catskill Brewery to be as green as possible with a living roof, the use of solar energy and clean water. The dog is a nod to one of the owners. The back was inspired by Peter Max Art. I included hops and gold stars as a nod to the Brewery’s award winning beer and LEED medal.
