Dove Artist: Catherine Four

Catherine Four started her painting career by doing an apprenticeship in Belgium and Italy, learning “faux” wood, marble and gold leafing. She followed by starting her own business in applying these techniques in private homes, theaters, museums, and restaurants, from Europe to West Coast USA. After being married to an international salesman, she was gifted to have lived in several different countries, experiencing cultures ranging from Middle Eastern, Asian, Chinese, European and American, where she immersed herself to learn the various techniques with the help of local professional artists, lastly experiencing “Plein Air” and abstract landscape painting.
