Stephany Diana Lopez is a Latina woman who was blessed to grow up in the Sullivan County Catskills. She attended the Duggan Elementary, Bethel, NY. At a very young age, she knew she had a passion for Art. Her father, Carlos A. Pinto, would give her tips and tricks through the years, slowly bringing out her artistic talent, Art is something they both shared. Growing up she came across another tutor, Laurie Kilgore. She is forever grateful for all the wisdom and friendship they share together. Art is a big part of Stephany’s life, and being able to express herself on an empty canvas is a gift she aspires to never lose. Being a part of her community and celebrating local history means the world to her. Being a part of this Bethel’s history is a dream she never thought would happen. As a native of Bethel, she loves her job at Benji and Jakes where her coworkers and employers have become family. Anytime she walks outside she always runs into a friendly face and is reminded of the peace and love that exists in her small community.
