Artist: Lindsey Jardine

Lindsey Jardine is a multidisciplinary artist. She currently attends SUNY New Paltz and will be graduating in May 2019 with a B.S. in Visual Arts Education. She also holds a B.F.A. from the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, where she focused on painting and illustrations. Being multidisciplinary has paved the way for her to be a teacher and mentor to others by remaining open to techniques in many mediums and skill levels.

DOVE INSPIRATION: The Dove design is inspired by the 60’s artist Peter Max, who painted, among other psychedelic pop art, colorful paintings of the Statue of Liberty. For the Town of Liberty, she created a contemporary Americana dove that inspires a sense of freedom and creativity to represent the 60’s and today.
