Dove Artist: Valerie Taggart
Valerie Taggart holds a BA in Art Education from Elmira College and a MA in Painting/Printmaking from SUNY Oswego. From 1979 to 1984, she was a Middle School Art Teacher at Tri-Valley Central School and from 1984 to 2012 an Elementary/ Middle School Art Teacher at Livingston Manor Central School (retired). She is a signature member of the Northeast Watercolor Society Website: http://valeriestaggart.com. Her recent artwork consists of drawings, paintings, and prints inspired by the natural beauty of the Catskill landscape and its flora and fauna.
